Use and eligibility

You must use Aurion in compliance with applicable laws and avoid misuse that degrades service security or stability.

Accounts, plans, and billing

Some features require an account and paid plan. Subscription terms, access scope, and plan limits are defined at checkout and may evolve.

Product and terms changes

Because the product is under active development, functionality may be added, changed, or removed. Updated terms apply from the date they are published.

Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurion is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every specific use case.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer rights under Norwegian law prevail over any conflicting terms. Disputes should first be sought resolved amicably; court proceedings follow Norwegian civil procedure rules, including rules on jurisdiction and venue.
