Data categories

Depending on use, we may process account data, billing references, support details, and product telemetry needed for service quality and abuse prevention.

Purpose and lawful basis

Data is used to deliver and secure the service, manage subscriptions, and improve reliability where we have a lawful basis to do so.

Retention and processors

Retention periods and processor lists are being finalized. We apply a minimization approach and will publish detailed terms as this policy matures.

Your rights

You may request information about your data, correction, deletion, or objections as permitted by applicable law.

Privacy under Norwegian law

Processing of personal data must follow the Norwegian Personal Data Act (which implements the GDPR in Norwegian law) and other relevant rules. You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe processing is unlawful.
