Refund Policy

Aurion is offered with clear free local functionality and paid premium features. After premium or team access is activated, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you were charged in error or hit a blocking technical issue, contact billing with your account details and invoice reference. We review each case in good faith.

Mandatory Norwegian consumer rights

Where you have rights under mandatory Norwegian legislation—for example the right of withdrawal or consumer purchase rules—those provisions take precedence over this policy. The sections below describe our practice in addition to such statutory rights.

When refunds may be considered

Refund requests can be reviewed for billing errors, duplicate charges, or severe service-blocking defects with documented evidence.

When refunds are normally not granted

Activated annual subscriptions and consumed service periods are generally non-refundable unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
