Where is my data stored?

Leads and settings are stored in a local SQLite database on this device. Nothing leaves your machine unless you use Premium cloud features after signing in.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. The app starts without login. Premium (cloud) features require signing in under Settings with your email and tenant.

What does the connection indicator in the footer mean?

Green means local database (and cloud, if applicable) are reachable. Yellow means limited connectivity—for example local data works but the API is unavailable. Red means there is no working connection.

How do I change language or regional formatting?

Open Settings, then use Language and regional formatting. You can follow the app language or set number and date formats separately.

How do I use cloud leads?

Enable Premium, sign in under Settings, then on the Leads page switch the data source to Cloud when your session is active.

Why are some of my leads Blocked?

«Blocked» is used for consumer and legacy leads without recorded GDPR consent. Follow-up cannot continue until consent is recorded (via Edit on the lead). Once consent is saved, status returns to «Open» so the lead can proceed normally.

How do I change the contact person for a business lead?

First create a new person lead, then select it as the primary contact for the business lead. Or select no contact for the business lead, to use the company information as the contact. The old contact person will appear in the main table.

Can I use Aurion when I am offline?

Yes. Local leads and settings continue to work offline. Cloud sync and other Premium API features resume automatically when connectivity returns.

How do I back up or move my local data to a new device?

Use Settings → Import/Export to export your local data and import it on another device. Keep backup files encrypted and access-controlled.

What happens if my Premium subscription or session expires?

Your local CRM data remains available. Cloud-only actions are paused until you sign in again with an active Premium entitlement.
